写真の左側の金属は光輝いているのに🪞、右側はくもって汚れが見えます。原因は、汚れている側に痛みがあり、反対側でばかり噛んでいたことです🦷。

手のひらに汚れが付いたら、普通は両手で払い落としますよね？実は歯も、上下の歯がしっかり噛み合うことで、自然に汚れを落とすことができます。この自浄作用が、一方で噛むことを避けたり、歯並びの影響で噛み合せが良くなかったり、噛み合う歯が欠損していたりすると、低下してしまいます🤔。
